创新型城市是指在新经济条件下,以创新为核心驱动力的一种城市发展模式。一般是指由区域科技中心发展演变而来,在积聚和配置创新资源,不断形成自我平衡调整和发展功能的基础上,推动建立创新驱动的集约型城市经济增长模式,最终实现城市可持续发展。浅析惠州建立创新型城市的选择的必然性,建设成果、机遇、挑战、工作建议等方面的研究内容,希望对惠州建立创新型城市的深入研究有所帮助。
Innovative city refers to a new mode of urban development driven by innovation under the new economic conditions. Generally refers to the evolution from the regional science and technology center, accumulating and allocating innovative resources, continue to form a self-balancing adjustment and development functions, based on promoting the establishment of innovation-driven intensive urban economic growth model, and ultimately achieve sustainable urban development. This paper analyzes the inevitability, the construction achievements, the opportunities, the challenges and the work suggestions of Huizhou in the choice of establishing an innovative city. It is hoped that it will be helpful to the further research on how to establish an innovative city in Huizhou.
