多年来我国高等法学教育的教学教改取得了很大成就,但学生写作能力的培养却在一定程度上被忽视,这种状况的出现有其深刻的原因。在卓越法律人才教育培养计划背景下,可考虑从“一对一”指导训练常规写作能力、“两环节”教学培养法律文书写作能力、“三层次”举措提升法学科研论文写作能力等三方面提出相应的解决方案,而其中尤为重要的是需要以法学检索课程训练卓越法律人才的文献技能、以项目课题为载体培养卓越法律人才的问题意识、以网络交互方式激励卓越法律人才的写作动力。
