作为在就业过程中处于弱势地位的高职生更应该从自身加强对法律问题的认识和了解,只有这样才能保障自己在就业过程中的权力,拓宽就业渠道,从而实现其顺利就业。本文从劳动合同与就业协议书的异同、和明确劳务派遣与一般劳动关系的区别两个方面论述了高职生就业过程中应关注的法律问题。
As the disadvantaged in the process of employment of higher vocational students should strengthen their own understanding of legal issues and understanding, the only way to protect their own rights in the employment process, broaden employment channels, so as to achieve their smooth employment. This article discusses the legal issues that should be paid attention to in the process of employment for higher vocational students from two aspects: the similarities and differences between labor contract and employment agreement, and the difference between labor dispatch and general labor relations.
