洁净厂房由于洁净度的要求和生产工艺的要求,设备布置较为复杂,火灾探测难度很大,而且洁净厂房造价较高,一旦发生火情不但会损毁设备还会破坏厂房洁净度,因此选择合适的火灾探测器对于洁净厂房来说十分重要。本文详细介绍了光纤测温技术的原理及系统构成,列出了光纤火灾探测的优点,并结合洁净厂房火灾探测的难度及现有火灾探测技术在洁净厂房中探测的缺点和局限性,对光纤测温技术在洁净厂房中进行火灾探测的可行性及前景进行了分析。
Due to the requirements of cleanliness and the requirements of the production process, the cleanliness of the plant is complicated, the fire detection is very difficult, and the cost of the clean plant is higher. In the event of a fire, not only the equipment will be damaged, but also the cleanliness of the plant will be destroyed. Therefore, Fire detectors are very important for clean plants. In this paper, the principle and system constitution of optical fiber temperature measurement are introduced in detail. The advantages of optical fiber fire detection are listed. Combined with the difficulty of fire detection in clean workshop and the shortcomings and limitations of existing fire detection technology in clean workshop, The feasibility and prospect of temperature measurement in fire detection in clean factory are analyzed.
