2017年1月1日,第十一版《商標註册用商品和服務國際分類》(即尼斯分類)正式生效。此次新版中的修訂涵蓋了15種類目和7種類别的註釋。第十一版的《尼斯分類》將適用於原屬局在2017年1月1日及以後收到的所有國際商標申請和註册。但如果2016年12月31日後向WIPO提出與國際註册有關的任何更新或其他更改要求,國際註册的商品和服務清單將不受第十一版規定的重新分類的影響。值得一提的是世界各國的大多數商標局也將《尼
On January 1, 2017, the eleventh edition of the International Classification of Goods and Services for the International Registration of Marks (the Nice Classification) came into force. The revision in this new edition covers 15 categories and 7 categories of comments. The eleventh edition of the Nice Classification will apply to all international trademark applications and registrations received by the Office of origin on or after January 1, 2017. However, if any update or other change request relating to international registration is submitted to WIPO after December 31, 2016, the list of internationally registered goods and services will not be affected by the reclassification under the Eleventh Edition. It is worth mentioning that most trademark offices in various countries of the world will also "Nepal
