美国通用电气公司 Appliance park 厂制冷机部件制造部安装了两台兼有“分批”和“连续”两者优点,能迅速处理批量为200个中型工件的半连续式真空热处理炉。现在它们已能满足大量生产的严格热处理要求。工件为“GE”制冷机的压缩机曲轴。这两台炉子都是由 C.I.海斯公司按标准部件系列设计制造的 CVCQ-091872型真空热处理炉。
General Electric Appliance Park Cooler Parts Manufacturing installed two units with both “batch” and “continuous” advantages that quickly handle semi-continuous vacuum heat treatment furnaces in quantities of 200 medium-sized parts . They are now able to meet the stringent heat treatment requirements of mass production. The workpiece is the compressor crankshaft of the “GE” refrigerator. Both of these furnaces are CVCQ-091872 vacuum heat treatment furnaces designed and manufactured by C.I. Hayes according to standard parts series.
