目的探讨胃癌组织及其癌旁组织的miR-200家族及E-cadherin表达量与胃癌进展的关系。方法采用实时荧光定量PCR分析25例胃癌组织中miR-200家族及E-cadherin的表达。结果与癌旁正常组织相比,胃癌组织中miR-200家族有不同程度的表达下调(P<0.05),在TNMⅢ期胃癌组织中miR-200b,miR-200c表达显著低于癌旁正常组织(P<0.05)。胃癌组织中的miR-200家族表达与E-cadherin的表达下调呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论胃癌组织中miR-200家族表达下调可能与胃癌侵袭转移有关。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of miR-200 family members and E-cadherin and the progression of gastric cancer in gastric cancer tissues and adjacent tissues. Methods Real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR was used to analyze the expression of miR-200 family and E-cadherin in 25 cases of gastric cancer. Results Compared with the adjacent normal tissues, the expression of miR-200 family members in gastric cancer tissues was down-regulated to some extent (P <0.05). The expression of miR-200b and miR-200c in TNM stage Ⅲ gastric cancer tissues was significantly lower than that in adjacent normal tissues P <0.05). The expression of miR-200 in gastric cancer tissues was positively correlated with the down-regulation of E-cadherin (P <0.05). Conclusion The down-regulation of miR-200 family in gastric cancer may be related to the invasion and metastasis of gastric cancer.
