氢氰酸是一种重要的化工产品,在工农业生产上有广泛的用途。火焰法合成氢氰酸是制取氢氰酸(氰化钠或氰化钾)的一个新的途径,近年来国外有一些专利和文献的报导。目前,这方面的工作尚处于试探阶段。本文简要地报导了我们实验室工作的一些结果。我们采用了几种原料,在一个特殊设计的透明石英燃烧器内,分别考察了影响氢氰酸生成的各种因素。原料及产物气体采用气相色谱法分析,氢氰酸则采用硝酸银络离子生成滴定法分析。利用高温火焰中的快速反应合成氢氰酸,它的基本原理是借助于部分的甲烷(或其他烃类)氧化供热,使剩余的甲烷和氨化
Hydrocyanic acid is an important chemical product with a wide range of uses in industrial and agricultural production. Flame synthesis of hydrogen cyanide is the preparation of hydrocyanic acid (sodium cyanide or potassium cyanide) a new way, in recent years abroad, there are some patents and literature reports. At present, the work in this area is still in the exploratory stage. This article briefly reports some of the results of our lab work. We used several raw materials and examined the various factors affecting the production of hydrocyanic acid in a specially designed transparent quartz burner. The raw materials and product gases were analyzed by gas chromatography. Hydrocyanic acid was analyzed by silver nitrate ion-exchange titration. Hydrocyanic acid is synthesized by a rapid reaction in a high temperature flame.
