寒冷地区天然浅埋基础(以下简称“寒区浅基”)是指在季节性冻土地区,突破现行规范规定,建筑物基础浅埋在冻结深度以上。盘锦市属季节性冻土地区,表土3～5m厚,为可塑性粘土、亚粘土,其下为灰色淤泥质粉砂,地下水位仅0.5～2m,属强冻胀土。标准冻深1.1m,最大冻深1.27m。自1965年以来,我们先后建成寒区浅基房屋48栋,总建筑面积23420m~2(见表1),各类房屋大部分基础埋置深度为0.6～0.8m,
Natural shallow-buried foundations in cold regions (hereinafter referred to as “deep bases in cold regions”) refer to the breakthrough in the current regulations in the seasonally frozen areas, and the foundations of the buildings are buried shallowly above the freezing depth. Panjin City is a seasonal frozen soil area, topsoil 3 ~ 5m thick, plastic clay, sub-clay, which is gray muddy silt, the groundwater level is only 0.5 ~ 2m, is a strong frost heave soil. The standard freezing depth is 1.1m, and the maximum freezing depth is 1.27m. Since 1965, we have built 48 shallow-base houses in the cold area, with a total construction area of 23420m~2 (see Table 1). Most of the foundations for various types of houses have a buried depth of 0.6 to 0.8m.
