今年2月18日国务院办公厅发出《关于做好棉花枯、黄萎病检疫和防治工作的通知》,为了贯彻《通知》精神,农牧渔业部于5月14—21日在山东泰安召开了全国棉花枯、黄萎病检疫技术讨论会。全国18个省(市、自治区)300多个10万亩以上的重点产棉县代表出席了会议。会上邀请了中国农科院植保所、棉花所,山东农学院,陕西省农科院植保所的专家和教授作了棉花枯、黄萎病发生与防治,种子处理,土壤铲除和田间发病情况调查的专题报告。与会代表结合报告的内容,汇报了各地枯、黄萎病发生为害近况,
