文章给出一种在物联网和云计算环境下,基于面部表情识别和谈话内容计算QoE的有效方法,旨在使图书馆能真正从用户需求的角度出发,提供有针对性的高效服务,为未来基于物联网的云图书馆的发展寻求一条新的出路。
This paper presents an effective method for calculating QoE based on facial expression recognition and conversation in the context of Internet of Things and cloud computing so as to enable the library to provide targeted and efficient services from the perspective of user needs. The future development of cloud library based on Internet of Things seeks a new way out.
