通过色谱方法从蒙药特色药材山沉香原植物羽叶丁香的茎皮中分到1个新的和5个已知的环烯醚萜,其结构经质谱,核磁共振谱等分析,及与文献数据相比对鉴定。化合物1命名为山沉香萜苷A(alashanidoid A)。5个已知成分分别为(8E)-女贞子苷(2),异女贞苷(3),3’-O-β-D-葡萄糖女贞苷(4),10-羟基女贞苷(5),木犀榄苷二甲酯(6),其中3~5为丁香属内首次报道,2和6为本种内首次报道。化合物1~6抑制RAW264.7细胞中NO生成和HepG 2细胞毒的活性筛选,但不显示明显的抑制活性。
A new and five known iridoids were separated from the stem barks of Lilium officinale from the medicinal herbs of the Mongolian medicinal plants by chromatographic methods and their structures were analyzed by MS and NMR. Compared to the identification. Compound 1 is named alashanidoid A. The five known components were (8E) - Ligustriya (2), Isofravirin (3), 3’-O-β-D-Glucosidase (4) (5), tenoxin (6), of which 3 to 5 were first reported in the genus Syringa and 2 and 6 were the first reported in this species. Compounds 1-6 inhibited the production of NO and HepG2 cytotoxic activity in RAW264.7 cells but did not show significant inhibitory activity.
