以河南省内收集的30份主栽甜瓜品种为试材,分析了其苗期16个表型性状的变异。结果表明:苗期表型性状变异较大,数量性状的变异系数介于14.24%~62.96%,其中子叶面积的变异系数最大;质量性状的变异系数介于10.80%~60.49%,真叶形状变异系数最大。主成分分析表明,16个性状指标可转化为5个独立的综合指标,其累计贡献率达82.40%。聚类分析表明,30份甜瓜品种可划分为5类,各类之间性状差异较大。上述结果明确了河南省主栽甜瓜品种苗期性状的变异,为基于苗期性状的优异品种筛选及培育提供理论依据。
In this paper, 30 main melon cultivars collected in Henan Province were used as materials to analyze the variation of 16 phenotypic traits at seedling stage. The results showed that the variation of phenotypic traits at seedling stage was large, the coefficient of variation of quantitative traits ranged from 14.24% to 62.96%, and the coefficient of variation of cotyledon area was the largest. The coefficient of variation of quality traits ranged from 10.80% to 60.49% The largest coefficient. The principal component analysis shows that 16 trait indexes can be transformed into 5 independent comprehensive indexes, with a cumulative contribution rate of 82.40%. Cluster analysis showed that 30 melon cultivars could be divided into five categories, and the traits varied greatly among different species. The above results clearly demonstrated the variation of seedling traits of main melon cultivars in Henan Province and provided the theoretical basis for screening and breeding excellent varieties based on seedling traits.
