为了给电子设备的电磁脉冲环境效应研究提供稳定度高和重复性好的电磁脉冲源,基于雪崩三极管的雪崩效应,采用10级Marx电路结构研制出了一种高稳定度电磁脉冲源。首先对影响脉冲源稳定性的首要因素—三极管的选择作了详细阐述,然后分析了整个脉冲源的稳定性,并给出了相应的优化措施以提高其稳定性,最后提出了脉冲源波形稳定性的评估方法。结果表明,所研制脉冲源的输出负脉冲前沿<3 ns,全底脉宽约为10 ns,峰值电压约为1.5 k V,峰值电压、前沿和脉宽的变异系数均<5%,验证了输出脉冲的高重复性,表明其可以满足电子设备的电磁脉冲敏感度试验的高稳定度要求。
