利用东平湖老湖蓄水的可行性初探

为缓解山东省水资源紧缺日趋严重的局面,经过分析计算.提出在确保东平湖汛期安全防洪运用的前提下,改变水库单一防洪的运用方式,利用老湖尽量多地拦蓄大汶河来水,当大汶河遇枯水年份时,经国那里引黄闸引黄补湖的蓄水运用方案。目前最高蓄水位可控制在43.50m,二级湖堤加高完工后提高到45.00m,死水位定为40.50m,兴利库容可达4.5~7.0亿m3,每年可向济南、济宁等工业城市供水5~8亿m3,同时可满足东平湖地区灌溉、水产养殖等用水需要,提高水库的综合效益。 To alleviate the increasingly serious shortage of water resources in Shandong Province, after analysis and calculation.
