现在,半定做集成电路中门阵列的发展非常惊人,已引起了人们的极大关注。 开始,门阵列的设计方法比较陈旧,虽然它已在部分军用产品中应用,但其集成规模较小,充其量不过300门左右。近来,随着超大规模集成电路技术的进展,在一个芯片上已可做到数千门,而由于化学汽相淀积技术的发达,设计自动化也有了很大提高。因此,门阵列得到了日益广泛地应用。本文拟就门阵列应用时的半导体制造厂和用户间的双边关系问题作一概述。
Now, semi-custom integrated circuit gate array in the development of a very alarming, has aroused great concern.
