目的 :探讨 P33ING1表达在胃癌发生、发展过程中的病理生物学及临床意义。方法 :应用免疫组化 En Vision法 ,分别检测了原发性胃癌 (71例 )、胃粘膜不典型增生 (12例 )、正常胃粘膜或慢性胃炎粘膜 (18例 )组织中 P33ING1的表达 ,以及 P5 3和Bcl- 2在胃癌组织中的表达情况。结果 :胃粘膜不典型增生组及对照组 (正常胃粘膜或慢性胃炎粘膜 ) P33ING1均呈阳性表达 ,胃癌组织 P33ING1表达率仅为 6 2 .0 % (4 4/ 71) ,显著低于前两组 (P<0 .0 1)。胃癌组织中 P33ING1表达与肿瘤的浸润、淋巴结的转移及分化有关 (P<0 .0 1) ;P5 3表达与肿瘤大小、浸润、淋巴结转移有关 (P<0 .0 1) ;Bcl- 2与肿瘤的淋巴结转移及分化有关 (P<0 .0 5 )。 P33ING1 与 P5 3在胃癌组织中的表达有相关性 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,与 Bcl- 2则无相关性。结论 :P33ING1 在胃癌组织中表达下降 ,对胃癌发生、发展可能起重要作用。同时检测 P33ING1 与 P5 3的表达水平 ,对于原发性胃癌的诊断和治疗可能具有积极意义
Objective: To explore the pathobiological and clinical significance of P33ING1 expression in the pathogenesis and development of gastric cancer. Methods: The expression of P33ING1 in primary gastric cancer (71 cases), gastric dysplasia (12 cases), normal gastric mucosa or chronic gastritis mucosa (18 cases) was detected by immunohistochemistry EnVision method. The expression of P53 and Bcl-2 in gastric cancer tissues. RESULTS: P33ING1 was positively expressed in gastric dysplasia group and control group (normal gastric mucosa or chronic gastritis mucosa). The expression rate of P33ING1 in gastric cancer tissue was only 62.0% (4 4/71), which was significantly lower than that of the first two groups. Group (P<0. 0 1). The expression of P33ING1 in gastric cancer was related to tumor infiltration, lymph node metastasis and differentiation (P < 0.01); P53 expression was related to tumor size, infiltration and lymph node metastasis (P <0. 01); Bcl-2 and The tumors were associated with lymph node metastasis and differentiation (P<0.05). The expression of P33ING1 and P53 in gastric cancer tissues was correlated (P<0.05), but not related to Bcl-2. Conclusion : The expression of P33ING1 in gastric cancer tissues decreased, which may play an important role in the occurrence and development of gastric cancer. Detecting the expression levels of P33ING1 and P53 at the same time may be of positive significance for the diagnosis and treatment of primary gastric cancer.
