Objective To explore the impact of dance hall noise on the health of employees. Methods The ND2-type precision sound level meter was used to monitor the noise of 16 dance halls. According to the standard of GB9664-1996, the noise of dance halls was evaluated. At the same time, 158 practitioners were asked to conduct questionnaires and physical examination . Results The working noise of 16 dance halls was 7.14% during the working hours. The heart rate of dance halls was 73 times / min, the systolic blood pressure was 133 mmHg, the diastolic blood pressure was 85 mmHg, the fasting blood glucose was 4.85 mmol / L and the noise> At 85 dB, the dancers’ heart rate was 85 beats / min, the systolic blood pressure was 141 mmHg, the diastolic blood pressure was 93 mmHg, and the fasting blood glucose was 5.07 mmol / L. The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). As the length of service increases, the abnormal rate of ECG also increases. Conclusion The noise of dance halls plays an important role in the risk factors of cardiovascular disease. Health laws and regulations should be strengthened to publicize and supervise law enforcement, and effective measures should be taken to improve health status.
