目的了解德国小蠊抗高效氯氰菊酯品系抗性遗传方式。方法选取德国小蠊对高效氯氰菊酯的抗性品系60只为材料,通过生物测定方法和一系列杂交、回交和自交试验,测定德国小蠊对高效氯氰菊酯杀虫剂的抗性遗传方式。结果杂交品系RS、SR的抗性倍数分别为2.356和2.429,抗性显性度D值分别为0.236和0.279,均介于0~1;回交(RS×SS)后代BC和自交(RS×RS)后代F2的∑χ2分别为12.337 8和37.686 9,均>χ20.05(11.07)。结论德国小蠊抗高效氯氰菊酯品系抗性遗传方式为常染色体不完全显性遗传,并且抗性是由多基因控制。
Objective To understand the resistance inheritance of the beta-cypermethrin line in Blattella germanica. Methods Sixty resistant strains of Blattella germanica to beta-cypermethrin were selected as materials. Bioassay methods and a series of hybridization, backcross and self-test methods were used to determine the resistance inheritance of beta-cypermethrin insecticides. Results The resistance multiples of RS and SR in hybrid lines were 2.356 and 2.429, respectively, and the resistance dominance values were 0.236 and 0.279, respectively, ranging from 0 to 1; × RS). The Σχ2 of F2 was 12.337 8 and 37.686 9, respectively, which were all χ20.05 (11.07). Conclusion The inheritance of resistance to cypermethrin in Blattella germanica strains is imperfect and autosomal dominant, and the resistance is controlled by polygenes.
