通过对底层大开间组合墙房屋在静载和水平地震作用下的空间整体分析，研究了纵向框墙梁的受力状态，进而提出了一种纵托梁的简化计算方法。
Through the spatial analysis of the statically-loaded and horizontal earthquakes of the basement large-bay composite wall house, the force state of the longitudinal framed wall beam is studied. Then a simplified calculation method for the vertical joist is put forward.
