结合9度(0.40g)区寻甸汇龙印象住宅小区的双塔高层结构,介绍其隔震设计的基本步骤及隔震支座受拉应力的控制方法。提出按同一时刻出现拉应力的隔震支座数量占隔震支座总数量比例不宜超过15%的原则来进行隔震支座布置;在对双塔结构模型进行整体隔震分析的同时,对单塔模型也进行隔震分析校验,并进行包络设计;对该双塔高层结构的超长楼板进行了地震作用和温度作用下的应力分析,在楼板应力变化较大及应力集中处按分析结果进行了板厚及配筋的加强。结果表明,该结构隔震设计满足要求。
Combined with the high-rise double-tower structure of Xundian Huilong Impression Residential Area in 9 degree (0.40g) area, the basic steps of isolation design and the control method of tensile stress of isolation bearings are introduced. It is proposed that the isolation bearings should be arranged according to the principle that the ratio of the number of isolation bearings to the total number of isolation bearings should not exceed 15% at the same time. In addition to the overall isolation analysis of the twin tower structure model, The single-tower model is also verified by seismic isolation analysis and envelope design. The seismic analysis and stress analysis of the ultra-long slab of the double-tower high-rise structure are carried out under the influence of the temperature and the stress of the floor. The results of the analysis were reinforced by thicknesses and reinforcement. The results show that the structural isolation design to meet the requirements.
