数字电视技术的出现、模拟电视技术的逐步被淘汰,证明了“否定之否定”社会发展规律的正确。从广电系统或广电集团的实际出发,选择适合自身的管理模式,才能使我国广播电视事业不断蓬勃发展。这里,试从定义上的公司集团与现时广电集团含义的关系,国内外广播电视现存的几种管理模式,从广电集团发展的实际出发选择管理模式等三方面谈谈笔者的见解。
With the advent of digital television technology and the phasing out of analog TV technology, it proves that the law of social development of “negation of negation” is correct. From the reality of radio and television systems or radio and television groups, choose their own management mode, in order to make China’s radio and television industry continue to flourish. Here, we try to talk about the author’s opinions from three aspects: the definition of corporate group and the current meaning of SVA Group, several existing management modes of radio and television at home and abroad, and the selection of management mode from the actual departure of the development of SVA Group.
