根据W.Prager关于极点轨迹的理论,本文论述了滑移线场应力图解法的基本原理、作图方法及其实际应用。利用图解法可使滑移线场应力求解过程大为简化,求解结果更为清晰直观。影响图解法广泛应用的原因在于;1〉由摆线构成的极点轨迹图绘制困难。2〉求各点应力必需在极点轨迹图上逐点作莫尔应力园,其过程也较繁琐不便。为了克服上述缺点,本文提出一种利用摆线量角器绘制极点轨迹图和图解各点应力状态的简便作图法。实践证明,这种简便作图法明显地简化了作图过程,大大提高了求解效率,同时保证了求解结果的准确性,是求解滑移线场应力的有效手段。
According to W. Prager’s theory of pole locus, this paper discusses the basic principle, drawing method and practical application of stress mapping in slip line field. The use of graphic method can make the solution of the stress field in slip line field much simplified, and the result of the solution is more clear and intuitive. The reason why the graphic method is widely used is that 1) the drawing of the pole locus formed by the cycloid is difficult. 2> Find the stress of each point must be in the pole locus diagram for Moore stress Park, the process is more cumbersome inconvenience. In order to overcome the shortcomings mentioned above, this paper presents a simple plotting method which uses the cycloid protractor to draw the pole locus diagram and illustrate the stress state at each point. Practice has proved that this simple mapping method significantly simplifies the mapping process, greatly improving the efficiency of the solution, while ensuring the accuracy of the results of the solution, is an effective solution to the problem of slip line field stress.
