提起“右文说”,人们总是肯定的少,否定的多。但事实究竟如何呢?我们认为,评价任何一种历史现象,都要有一定的历史观点,即要把它放在特定的历史时期去考察,看它们比前代进步了多少,又比后代相差多少。只有这样,才有可能做出恰如其分的评价。本文不准备对“右文说”的功过得失进行全面的分析,而只想从它所处的时代背景来看一下它产生的历史意义。
