目的 初步探讨乙醇过量与脑血管栓塞的关系。方法 :1乙醇沉淀血浆中纤维蛋白原的实验 ;2建立静脉滴注乙醇及颈动脉造影的实验动物模型 ;3乙醇过量前后的纤维蛋白原检测 ;4乙醇过量前后脑血管造影的数字化处理。结果 :1乙醇能使血浆中的纤维蛋白原沉淀出来 ;2乙醇过量后的纤维蛋白原检测值下降 ;3乙醇过量后脑血管造影出现栓塞形成的“充盈缺损”现象。结论 :乙醇过量可导致脑血管栓塞形成
Objective To investigate the relationship between ethanol overdose and cerebral embolism. Methods: 1 The experiments of ethanol precipitation of fibrinogen in plasma; 2 Establishment of experimental animal model of intravenous infusion of ethanol and carotid artery angiography; 3 Detection of fibrinogen before and after ethanol overdose; 4 Digitalization of cerebrovascular angiography before and after ethanol overdose. Results: 1 Ethanol precipitated fibrinogen in plasma; 2, the measured value of fibrinogen after ethanol overdose decreased; 3, the phenomenon of “filling defect” of embolization after cerebrovascular angiography was over. Conclusion: Excess ethanol can lead to cerebral embolism
