上海光华食品厂,在80年代中期曾有过辉煌的一页,我们曾以上海食品业唯一引进的马克冰淇淋机生产出的异型冰淇淋而走红市场。多年来,我厂的“莲香牌”月饼和异型冰淇淋倍受消费者的青睐,光华厂也因此而闻名遐尔。随着社会主义经济体制的转变,企业经营机制改革的滞后,造成了经营管理混乱,效益连年滑坡的后果,企业在激烈的市场竞争中逐年落伍。为制止效益滑坡,重振光华,上级公司于1992年下半年重组了我厂领导班子。我们现在的党政领导正是受命于企业危难之际。上任后,我们依靠上级领导的支持,依靠全体员工的努力,对企业的人事制度,经营管理制度进行了改革,在企业内部实行了风险承包制和劳动合同制,并调整了产品结构,在全厂员工的齐心协力下,终于制止了企业效益的滑坡,各项指标
Shanghai Guanghua Food Factory had a splendid page in the mid-1980s.
