妊娠期糖尿病(gestational diabetes mellitus,GDM)是指在妊娠期间发生的糖代谢异常,其对母儿可产生严重的并发症,而胰岛素抵抗以及β细胞功能失调被认为是其主要的发病机制,但其分子机制并没有完全被阐明。脂联素(adiponectin,APN)是由脂肪细胞分泌的蛋白,它与代谢综合征及心血管疾病密切相关,肥胖可使其分泌失调。脂联素对GDM的发病也具有重要的作用。作者就脂联素在GDM中的调节以及在发病机制中可能发挥的作用进行综述。
Gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) refers to abnormal glucose metabolism that occurs during pregnancy, which can cause serious complications in both mother and child, while insulin resistance and β-cell dysfunction are considered to be the major pathogenesis, but Its molecular mechanism is not completely elucidated. Adiponectin (APN) is a protein secreted by adipocytes, which is closely related to metabolic syndrome and cardiovascular diseases. Obesity can cause its secretion disorder. Adiponectin also plays an important role in the pathogenesis of GDM. The authors review the regulation of adiponectin in GDM and its possible role in pathogenesis.
