实现非洲大陆的工业化,始终是非洲国家独立后追求的目标,这个目标贯穿于非洲国家发展的全过程,这是非洲大陆实现工业化的根本动力和基础。非洲的工业化进程已经具有近百年的历史,尤其是非洲国家在独立后,对于工业化进行了坚持不懈的探索,这不但为非洲工业化积累了宝贵的历史经验,也为非洲工业化奠定了必要的物质基础,这是非洲大陆工业化的历史积淀。进入21世纪,非洲国家在总结历史经验教训的基础上,利用有利的国际、国内形势,制定了较为合理的工业化发展政策,扎实启动了非洲大陆的“再工业化”进程。21世纪成为非洲大陆工业化的最佳时期,这是非洲大陆工业化的现实希望。鉴于上述因素,非洲大陆未来不但不会失去工业化的机会,而是大有希望。
The realization of the industrialization of the African continent has always been the goal pursued by African countries after independence. This goal runs through the entire process of development in African countries. This is the fundamental driving force and foundation for the realization of industrialization in the African continent. The process of industrialization in Africa has a history of nearly one hundred years. In particular, after independence, African countries have made unremitting efforts to explore industrialization. This not only accumulated valuable historical experience for the industrialization of Africa, but also laid the necessary material basis for the industrialization of Africa. This is the historical accumulation of the industrialization of the African continent. In the 21st century, on the basis of summing up the historical experience and lessons learned, African countries have made use of favorable international and domestic situations to formulate more reasonable industrialization development policies and have solidly initiated the “re-industrialization” process of the African continent. The 21st century has become the best time for the industrialization of the African continent. This is the realistic hope for the industrialization of the African continent. In view of the above factors, the African continent will not only lose its opportunities for industrialization but will have great hopes.
