为了减少测试缸套内表面淬火硬度的破坏损失,我们设计了一种专用辅具(见图1),装在HDI-187.5洛布维硬度计上,进行非破坏性测试,经两年来生产实践验证,该辅具完全可以满足技术要求,工作可靠,数据准确。 该辅具由弓形测杆及工件支承两部分组成。其要求是:测杆应有足够刚性,能在加总负荷时无任何变形,且保证压头与原测头安装孔同心,使之在加负荷后全部负荷毫无损失地加到工件预测表面。工件支承部分应保证工件被测表面呈水平位置,使工件中心线与硬度计测头中心线在同一个垂直平面内。其具体结构见图1。
