本文以多体系统动力学的理论方法为基础,利用机械系统仿真软件ADAMS/Car,建立了某校2011年FSAE整车虚拟样机,参照中国2011年FSAE大赛规则,进行了整车动力性及操纵稳定性等动力学仿真和评价。本文主要仿真分析了直线加速、常半径转弯等两个试验。分别研究了轮胎气压和直径在直线加速过程中对整车动力性能的影响及在常半径转弯试验中对整车操纵稳定性的影响。通过仿真分析找到了相关规律,为车队购买轮胎和参加实际的比赛提供了理论指导。
Based on the theory of multi-body system dynamics, this paper established a 2011 FSAE vehicle virtual prototype of a certain school by using the mechanical system simulation software ADAMS / Car. According to the rules of FSAE in 2011 in China, this paper carried out vehicle dynamics and control Stability and other dynamic simulation and evaluation. This paper mainly simulates the two experiments of linear acceleration and constant radius turning. The effects of tire pressure and diameter on the vehicle dynamic performance during straight-line acceleration and the impact on the handling stability of the vehicle during the normal-radius turning test were studied respectively. Through the simulation analysis, we find the relevant rules and provide theoretical guidance for the team to buy tires and participate in the actual competition.
