研究了发芽出苗条件和离子注入量对去除种皮棉花种子成苗率的影响,结果表明:播种时覆土过厚是成苗率低的重要因子;离子注入处理100次脉冲,对成苗率不构成威胁,120次脉冲以上,成苗率下降,但是200次脉冲成苗率仍达对照的64.7%。
The effects of sprouting emergence and ion implantation on the seedling rate of seed cotton seed removal were studied. The results showed that over-thickness of seed coat was an important factor of low seedling rate when seeds were sown. Ion implantation treatment of 100 pulses, Pose a threat, more than 120 pulses, decreased seedling rate, but 200 pulses into the seedling rate still reached 64.7% of the control.
