(一)月见草油对正常大鼠的生长、器官重量、血清和肝脏脂质的影响 本文主要是通过实验观察月见草油对正常大鼠的生长及血清、肝脏脂质的影响。将36只断乳Wistar雄雌性大鼠分成三组,分别饲以含1%月见草油、红花油和椰子汕饲料,为期七周。结果表明,月见草油组大鼠体重明显低于椰子油组(P<0.05),略低于红花油组;该组大鼠的血清胆固醇含量明显低于红花油组和椰子油组(P<0.001);肝胆固醇含量也以月见草油组较低。月见草油组大鼠的血脂和肝脂中都含ν-亚麻酸,其它两组均不含此酸。结论:月见草油具有降低大鼠血清胆固醇的作用。
(1) Effects of evening primrose oil on growth, organ weight, serum and hepatic lipids in normal rats This article mainly observed the effects of evening primrose oil on the growth of normal rats, and serum and liver lipids. Thirty-six weaned Wistar male rats were divided into three groups and fed a diet containing 1% of evening primrose oil, safflower oil, and coconut quail for a period of seven weeks. The results showed that the weight of rats in the evening primrose oil group was significantly lower than that in the coconut oil group (P<0.05), slightly lower than that in the safflower oil group; the serum cholesterol level in the group was significantly lower than that in the safflower oil group and the coconut oil group. (P<0.001); liver cholesterol content was also lower in the evening primrose oil group. The lipids and hepatic lipids in the evening primrose oil group contained ν-linolenic acid, and the other two groups did not contain this acid. Conclusion: Evening primrose oil has the effect of reducing serum cholesterol in rats.
