刺天茄果及叶的醇提取制剂之注射液和口服制剂均可显著减轻大鼠琼脂、蛋清以及甲醛性关节肿胀的程度。其作用以果的注射液较口服制剂为佳,而叶的制剂相对作用最弱。
The injection and oral preparations of Solanum nigrum fruit and leaf alcohol extract can significantly reduce the degree of rat agar, egg white and formaldehyde-induced joint swelling. Its effect was better than that of the oral preparations, and the relative effect of the leaves was the weakest.
