要把土铁熔制成好铁,首先要提高炉温,预热进风是提高炉温的最有效的办法。为此,我厂安装了外热式热风炉。热风炉出口风温350—400℃(离出风口 500公厘处测温),入炉风温(在风带测温)一般350℃,能够适应白变灰的要求。本热风炉的特点是:(1)热风温度较高,占用面积较小;(2)安装简便,设备费用不高(约670元);(3)不易损坏,即使损坏,也可在6小时内修好,不致影响生产。
