在TEACO_2激光器中进行了几种气体促复和固体催化作用的研究,在以2%H_2和常温固体催化剂相结合的试验中,获得稳定辉光放电寿命达7×10 ̄6次脉冲。
Several gas-assisted and solid-catalyzed studies were carried out in a TEACO 2 laser. In a combination of 2% H 2 and a solid-state catalyst at room temperature, a stable glow discharge lifetime of 7 × 10 ~ 6 pulses was obtained.
