近三年来,我所科技人员和职工,土法上马,土洋结合,大胆革新,进行烤烟单倍体试验研究.在简化培养基、改进培养方法和染色体加倍等方面取得了可喜的成果.先后共进行了830管,4,300个花药培养,其中形成胚状体1,376个,诱导率32%,分化小苗660株,分化频率达48.2%.有五个品系花粉植株,通过染色体加倍已结实,加倍率一般5~8%,高者达58%.其中以(Fue347×401)杂种一代用花粉培育筛选育成的“云花一号”,经过作为

We have made gratifying achievements in simplifying culture medium, improving cultivation methods and doubling chromosomes A total of 830 tubes and 4,300 anther cultures were obtained, of which 1,376 embryoid bodies were formed, the induction rate was 32% and the differentiation seedlings were 660.
