集卡是目前国内港口的主要集疏运工具,合理调度集卡可以提高港口作业效率和港口竞争力。作者基于集装箱港口堆场箱区堆存集装箱能力考虑,建立了一个集卡分派优化的两阶段模型。第一阶段根据箱区容量建立了集装箱运输最短路径的集装箱堆存分派模型,且考虑了特定箱必须卸载到特定箱区的情况;第二阶段根据第一阶段集装箱的堆存分派,建立了集装箱作业时间最短为目标的集卡分派模型。最后根据数值实验证明了模型的有效性。
