框架锯是石材大板生产线的关键设备之一,在其工作循环中,锯条是直接的锯割工具,研究锯条的结构与性能,最终目的是解决加砂问题。即如何将适量的砂浆喷洒到锯缝的底部,以提高锯割效率,延长锯条的使用寿命。 目前,常用锯条结构有如下几种: 1.无齿锯条——俗称钢带。这种锯条主要与单摆式框架锯配套。工作中只有在锯框摆动到两端极限位置的瞬间,才有少量的金属砂(磨粒)进入缝的底部。因而,锯割效率低,锯条磨损快。(图1)
The frame saw is one of the key equipments of the stone slab production line. In its work cycle, the saw blade is a direct sawing tool, and the structure and performance of the saw blade are studied. The ultimate goal is to solve the problem of sand addition. That is, how to spray the appropriate amount of mortar to the bottom of the sawn joint to improve the sawing efficiency and prolong the service life of the saw blade. At present, the commonly used saw blade structure has the following kinds: 1. No tooth saw blade - commonly known as steel strip. This saw blade is mainly matched with a single swing type frame saw. Only a small amount of metal sand (grit) enters the bottom of the seam at the moment when the saw swings to its extreme position. Therefore, the sawing efficiency is low and the saw blade wears fast.
