主持人的话:关于教师培训,有这么几句话可以说:第一,教师培训很重要。这一点,大家都能达成共识。第二,目前的教师培训效果不佳。这一点,大家也几乎能达成共识。第三,有效的教师培训,在培训内容、培训方式、培训目标等方面,都应该改革。这一点,越来越多的人有共识。本期“热点”,我们刊发四篇文章。郑老师作为学校校长,提出“办读书班”;谭老师作为教研员,提出以“观课”为教师培训的基本方式;褚老师则强调“校本培训”。他们的观点,相信会对大家有所启示。同时,我们还刊发一篇初中语文教师的专题培训案例,大家从中可以思考:语文教师培训,到底应该培训什么呢?欢迎大家参与“热点”栏目的讨论,下期的主题是:语文教学的语文性何在。
