目前我国汞的冶炼,大都采用高炉处理块矿,虽能配入部分碎矿,但高炉生产能力降低很多。如果是浮选精矿,则需制成球团后与块矿搭配入炉。处理高炉冶炼过程产出的大量汞炱,至今尚无良好办法。以往渗入石灰进行人工打汞,汞炱打得不干净,被打后的汞炱灰中含有50~60%的汞,还得重新返回高炉处理,影响了汞的直接回收率和总回收率,增加了材料、燃料的消耗,而且劳动强度大,卫生条件不好。用浸出一电解流程处理浮选汞精矿的办法,因过滤、电耗等
