本文分析了处理汞炱的水力旋流器与金属矿选矿用旋流器在结构上及其作用原理上的差异。提出了处理汞炱的水力旋流器的圆柱体和锥角的尺寸,以及溢流管和进浆口的适宜位置等。根据旋流器处理汞炱的要求及对活汞形成的动力学分析,文中提出了处理汞炱旋流器的合理结构参数。
This paper analyzes the difference in structure and operation principle between hydrocyclones for processing mercury 炱 and the cyclone for mineral processing. The size of the cylinder and cone angle of the hydrocyclone for handling mercury 炱 and the proper position of the overflow pipe and inlet are proposed. According to the requirement of cyclone treatment of mercury 及 and the kinetic analysis of the formation of live mercury, reasonable structure parameters of mercury 炱 cyclone are proposed in this paper.
