小肠缺血-再灌注常常导致远处器官损伤。肺微血管结构最易受血液中激活的炎症介质的损伤。本文旨在研究小肠缺血-再灌注动物血浆中非细胞依赖性体液因子在耗损肺内皮细胞ATP中的作用。用S-D雄鼠作实验,盐酸氯胺酮麻醉下,正中切口进腹,用无创伤微血管夹阻断肠系膜上动脉,阻断120分钟后去夹,再恢复血流灌注。于再灌注后0、16和30分钟自门静脉采血;模拟手术组进腹后不作肠系膜上动脉阻断不造成缺血性损伤,分别于假定的缺血、再灌注之时以及手术后180分钟自门静脉采血。
Intestinal ischemia-reperfusion often leads to distant organ damage. Pulmonary microvascular structures are most vulnerable to inflammatory mediators activated in the bloodstream. The aim of this study was to investigate the role of non-cell-dependent humoral factors in the depletion of pulmonary endothelial cells ATP in intestinal ischemia-reperfusion animals. With S-D male rats for experiment, ketamine hydrochloride anesthesia, the median incision into the abdomen, noninvasive microvascular clip blocking the superior mesenteric artery, blocking for 120 minutes to clip, and then restore perfusion. Blood samples were taken from the portal vein at 0, 16, and 30 minutes after reperfusion; no occlusion of the superior mesenteric artery was induced in the simulated surgery group without causing ischemic injury at the assumed ischemia, at the time of reperfusion, and 180 minutes after the surgery Portal vein blood collection.
