《新疆维吾尔自治区民族语言文字使用管理暂行规定》经1988年12月1日自治区第七届人民政府第三十四次常务会议通过,由铁木尔·达瓦买提主席命令,予以公布实施。自治区人民政府以第三号令全文下发了《规定》,《新疆日报》维吾尔文版、汉文版、哈萨克文版、蒙古文版、《克孜勒苏报》柯尔克孜文版均先后刊载了《规定》的全文。 《规定》是解放以来我区民族语文工作上的行政法规,它是各族人民盼望已久的事情,
