Through the mouse mate azimuth food maze test to understand the impact of early life passive smoking on learning ability. Two groups of experimental animals were exposed to cigarette smoke in the embryonic period and one month after birth. Tobacco concentration was 8g / m3, 7 hours a day, 32 days of age maze training and testing. The results, based on the best score per mouse, showed that the number of smokers in intrauterine and postnatal months, respectively, was 0.74 ± 0.84 and 1.52 ± 0.80 times worse than their respective controls P <0.05); prolonged use time was 6.85 ± 12.20 seconds and 17.37 ± 11.67 seconds (P <0.05). The pups and pups in the experimental group also had significantly lower body weight than the control group. Passive smoking in early life shows a significant impact on physical and mental development in mice
