目的以丹参提取过程为研究对象,利用近红外在线检测技术,摸索建立出一种生产级别的中药提取过程在线控制方法。方法将近红外检测仪器连接在提取设备上,在线采集提取液的近红外光谱,同时采集提取液样本并检测样本中的丹酚酸B质量浓度,使用化学计量学方法建立起在线检测模型。结果以丹酚酸B为检测成分建立丹参在线检测模型,模型的相关系数为0.989 9,校正均方差为0.185,模型预测均方差为0.303。结论应用近红外在线检测技术,建立了丹酚酸B检测模型,实现了对丹参提取生产过程的在线监控。
OBJECTIVE To take the process of extraction of Salvia miltiorrhiza as the research object, this paper uses online detection technology of near infrared to explore and establish an online control method for the extraction process of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods The near-infrared detector was connected to the extraction equipment to collect the near-infrared spectrum of the extract liquid online. At the same time, the sample of the extract was collected and the concentration of salvianolic acid B in the sample was measured. The on-line detection model was established by chemometrics method. The results showed that salvianolic acid B was used as the detection component to establish the on-line detection model of Salvia miltiorrhiza. The correlation coefficient of the model was 0.989 9, the corrected mean square error was 0.185 and the mean square error of prediction was 0.303. Conclusion The near-infrared on-line detection technology was used to establish the detection model of salvianolic acid B, which realized the on-line monitoring of Salvia miltiorrhiza extraction production process.
