以含裂纹提升机主轴为研究对象,利用ABAQUS的子模型技术,模拟计算了不同工况下提升机主轴三维表面裂纹附近的应力应变场,获取了J积分在承受复杂载荷的主轴椭圆裂纹扩展过程中的变化规律。研究结果表明,椭圆裂纹中点和两端的扩展明显要慢于裂纹其他部位,并为轴类零件结构完整性评价提供了一定的理论依据。
Taking the main shaft of a cracked hoisting machine as the research object, the stress and strain field around the three-dimensional surface crack of the hoisting machine spindle under different working conditions was simulated by the ABAQUS submodeling technique. The J-integral was obtained for the elliptical crack propagation process under the complicated load In the law of change. The results show that the expansion of the middle point and both ends of the elliptical crack is obviously slower than other parts of the crack, and provides a theoretical basis for the structural integrity assessment of the shaft parts.
