独立学院主要培养的人才属于应用型,由于其与企业等的特定关系决定了二者之间存在互动,究其根源在于进一步发展的需要,相互的资源整合与竞争生存和发展以及未来共同的需要。基于以上利益诉求和本院开展的人才特色班-“菲达班”实际现状,提出构建校企合作应用型人才培养模式的建议。
The talents cultivated by independent colleges are applied.
