分析了电火花细微孔加工的一些工艺特点,并针对电火花细微孔加工工艺方法进行了研究。研制了以大功率场效应管作为功率开关器件的独立式适应控制微能脉冲电源,其最小脉宽可调至0.2μs。在进给控制系统上增加了自适应控制环.实现开路快速进给.短路和拉弧快速回退电极及切断电源的功能。利用不同的电规准及工艺参数进行了微孔加工实验,获得了一些有关工艺规律的初步结果。实验中加工出了最小孔径φ0.019mm,深径比为31的试件,此工艺水平在国内是首次的。
