肉眼或显微镜血尿经常是预示有临床意义的泌尿系病理学改变之首发症状,需进行适当评价以探究其病因。但对抗凝治疗期间出现肉眼或显微镜血尿的意义,学者们则各持己见,且多数未进行泌尿学评价,甚至有些学者认为这种显微镜血尿无关紧要。为了确立血尿的病因学,作者对29例接受抗凝治疗的连续病例,在其发生泌尿道出血时进行了一次全面的检查和临床评价,旨在进一步了解抗凝剂
Macroscopic or microscopic hematuria is often the first symptom of urological pathology predictive of clinical significance and needs to be properly assessed to explore its etiology. However, during the anticoagulant therapy, there was gross or microscopic hematuria during the treatment. Scholars were dissenting, and most of them did not evaluate the urology. Some scholars even considered the microscopic hematuria as irrelevant. In order to establish the etiology of hematuria, the authors conducted a comprehensive review and clinical evaluation of 29 consecutive patients undergoing anticoagulant therapy in their urinary tract bleeding to further understand the role of anticoagulants
