目的探讨常温条件下(17~22℃)不同放置时间对静脉血标本血常规检测结果的影响。方法选取2016年1月至2017年1月期间在辽宁省朝阳市中心医院进行健康体检的体检者82例为研究对象,所有体检者均采取静脉血标本进行血常规检查,且所有采集的静脉血标本均在送检后及时、1 h、2 h、4 h、8 h等不同时点进行检测,对比不同时点的检测结果。结果血小板平均体积(MPV)在送检后2 h、4 h、8 h的检测结果均明显高于送检后及时检测的结果(P<0.05),且随着时间的延长,差异越明显;但白细胞(WBC)、红细胞(RBC)、血红蛋白(Hb)、红细胞分布宽度(RDW)、平均血红蛋白含量(MCH)、中性粒细胞(NEU)、单核细胞(MO)、淋巴细胞(LY)、红细胞平均体积(MCV)、血小板计数(PLT)、红细胞平均血红蛋白浓度(MCHC)、红细胞比容(HCT)在不同时点的检测结果比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在常规条件下(17~22℃),血常规检测中仅MPV会受到一定的影响,其他检测项目的检测结果均不会受血液标本放置时间的影响。
Objective To investigate the effect of different storage time on blood routine test results of venous blood samples under normal temperature (17 ~ 22 ℃). Methods Totally 82 subjects who took physical examination in Chaoyang Central Hospital between January 2016 and January 2017 were enrolled in this study. All the subjects took venous blood samples for blood routine examination. All the collected blood samples Specimens were tested in time, 1 h, 2 h, 4 h, 8 h after the inspection, at different time points compared to the test results. Results The mean platelet volume (MPV) at 2 h, 4 h and 8 h after delivery was significantly higher than that after delivery (P <0.05), and the more obvious the difference was with time. (WBC), red blood cells (RBC), hemoglobin (Hb), RDW, MCH, neutrophils, monocytes, lymphocytes, , MCV, PLT, MCHC and HCT were not significantly different at different time points (P> 0.05). Conclusion Under normal conditions (17 ~ 22 ℃), only MPV in blood test will be affected to some extent. The test results of other test items will not be affected by the time of blood sample placement.
